FRONTON

The history of Domaine Le Roc is that of a close-knit family and team where everyone finds their place. Jean-Luc took over the family estate in 1981, joined by Frédéric and Cathy in 1988,
and then by Pierre in 1995. Today, it is the younger generation – Anne (Frédéric and Cathy’s daughter) and Grégoire, her cousin – who are joining the adventure. They are the ‘Petits Cailloux’ of Le Roc… When it comes to wine, the Ribes family is committed to offering you wines full of character, produced from vines cultivated using healthy and sustainable farming practices. Generous and authentic: two adjectives that apply just as much to the wines as to the winemakers at Le Roc!

Domaine le Roc is the story of harmony between the soil and the vines.
All the vines have been grassed since 1981, making Domaine le Roc a pioneer in the use of grass in the vineyards. And in winter, the Domaine’s sheep graze the plots.

Certified organic since August 2022, this label is the culmination of the work carried out by the whole team over all these years.

Domaine Le Roc wines are made from a balanced blend of three grape varieties. Négrette, the original Fronton grape variety, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. They are grown with the utmost care to ensure that the grapes are concentrated and perfectly ripe.
Traditional vinification with long vatting periods and time as an ally are the guarantee of the quality of the Le Roc cuvées.
