The gîte adjoins a house with a rental property, and the private garden is partly enclosed (passage through the courtyard to access the year-round rental property). The owners live nearby and will be able to tell you about places to visit (wine châteaux, open-air markets, etc.) and good addresses (local produce, crafts, etc.). You’ll be able to go for walks or mountain bike rides in the vineyards from the gîte! This very bright house will be ideal for your holidays in the Occitanie region or for your business trips. Parties and evenings are not permitted.

Wifi internet access, TV with Canal+ subscription. Outside, you will have access to a private terrace with garden furniture, portable barbecue, a private garden and a parking area (property enclosed by a fence and automatic gate). Pets not allowed.
