The house has a large private enclosed garden. There is a parking area in the courtyard, as well as space for motorbikes and bicycles. The gîte also has a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and seating area. Pets not allowed. No smoking.

Situated in a calm and relaxing environment, on the outskirts of the village, 2.2km from the centre of Fronton (shops, services, restaurants, etc.), this gîte will meet the expectations of both business and leisure guests. Just 30km from Toulouse and Blagnac airport, guests will find a wide range of activities to keep them entertained: wine estates nearby, riding centre 200m away, tennis courts, hiking and fishing trails 2km away, cycle path 10km away, swimming pool 17km away, swimming lake with water sports 28km away.

The L’Orée du Roc gîte is on one level: entrance opening onto the living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. A corridor leads to the night-time part of the house with 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm) (1 double bed 160x200cm) (a children’s bedroom with 2 single bunk beds 90x190cm + cot), a bathroom with shower and bath, a separate WC.
