The Church was erected during the 18th century.
The bell tower-wall was built in 1818 to plans drawn up by the architect Constans and remodelled in 1852. The mixture of pebbles and bricks, a technique widely used in the region, formed the basis of the construction. The presbytery adjoins the church.
